Human Resource Intern x2



Lumwana Mining Company is offering opportunities for internship development programme to highly committed persons to gain industrial experience under the Human Resource Department.

Reporting to the Coordinator – HRIS and Compensation and Benefits you will be involved in providing timely support in HRIS data capturing.  Your duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

Updating employee details in HRIS and Excel master data file,
Filing and updating employee physical files.
Other tasks as and when assigned by the supervisor.

To be considered for Internship, you must meet the following requirements:

Grade 12 Certificate
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team
Willingness to learn
Good planning and organization skills
Good computer skills
Microsoft Office skill, (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
