ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Supply Chain Advisor to be based in Choma and Mongu, Zambia.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Supply Chain Advisor position by 1 December 2020. The successful candidate possess a minimum Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent and a Master’s degree will be an added advantage. The candidate will possess a 3- 5 years’ experience in a similar role with 2 years directly in supply chain systems strengthening.

The incumbent will have a demonstrated experience in commodity management for all HIV/TB related commodities. Ability to guide and support logistics system strengthening for sustainable HIV/TB commodity security at provincial level. Knowledge of implementation of strategies that improve commodity forecasting, ordering and stock management. Experience in supply chain planning and supply chain review. Experience with HIV healthcare delivery in resource-limited setting.
