ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Senior District Manager – Clinical and Programs to be based in Choma, Southern province, Zambia.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Senior District Manager – Clinical and Programs position by 1 December 2020. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of a Master’s Degree in epidemiology, public health, medicine or related field.

The incumbent will have a demonstrated experience in HIV clinical management, trained in both adult and paediatrics ART. Supervisory and mentorship experience in HIV services at hospital level. Ability to provide mentorship to medical and clinical officers and other HIV service staff and proven experience in coordinating HIV community services such as demand creation, HIV case identification and community interventions in support of retention of recipients of care.
