Impact Enterprises International, a technology company providing outsourced support services to international organizations, is seeking an exceptional Training and Development Manager. This role will oversee HR functions and lead Learning & Development initiatives focused on improving customer success and enhancing employees’ digital skills.

Job Scope | Duties:

The Training and Development Manager will manage day-to-day human resource responsibilities but with a primary focus on developing and implementing training and development programs. These programs aim to improve individual and organizational performance for current and new Impact staff.

The Training and Development Manager will be responsible for such tasks as:

  • Planning – Identify and assess current training needs through comprehensive analysis and consultation
  • Recruiting – Manage candidate searches, communication, and shortlisting processes.
  • Coordinating – Oversee all training and development activities after assessing all stakeholders needs
  • Monitoring & Evaluating and Reporting – Assess the effectiveness and success of the programs
  • Develop – Create intuitive, project-specific training styles and systems.
  • Management – Foster a positive culture of acceptance, learning and professional development.
  • Compliance – Ensure all HR procedures align with industry best practices and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional English communication skills.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Project Management, or Business  Administration.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in HR management or relevant experience
  • Must be a registered and active member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with modern online Learning Managment Systems (LMS)
  • Ability to think critically and handle conflicts.
