Job Title: Social Media Coordinator

About Us: Inbound Ltd is a dynamic Marketing and Systems company dedicated to providing exceptional digital marketing and software systems. We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team and drive our clients’ social media strategies to new heights.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve clients’ goals and objectives
- Coordinate with clients to understand their brand, audience, and social media needs
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels
- Stay informed about industry developments and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with clients and internal teams
- Continuously evaluate and improve social media strategies based on performance data and feedback from clients
Engage with clients’ social media accounts, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (an added advantage)
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas
