INFRATEL is a Telecommunications and ICT Infrastructure Company

Will be Responsible for: developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy that includes public relations, analyst relations, influencer programs, and social media. This role also encompasses brand management, creative and design execution, event coordination, and other corporate marketing initiatives.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this senior leader collaborates closely with the marketing and executive teams to drive a differentiated corporate narrative and launch programs aimed at elevating Paddle’s brand, increasing audience engagement, and boosting global product awareness.

The Head of Brand and Communications is a strategic, data-driven role integral to the business, focusing on managing external partners and fostering collaborations with numerous internal teams to amplify the business’s market presence and commercial performance.

Minimum Qualification, Experience and Competence:

Full Grade 12 Certificate, holder of a University Degree in business/marketing, MBA is an added advantage, Member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM). He/she should have Telecom Experience at management level, at least ten years’ experience with a minimum of five years in a commercial role at senior management level, Five or more years’ managerial experience in a GSM/mobile company. The role demands a forward-thinking approach, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, ensuring that all communications and branding efforts align with the business’s strategic goals.
