JOB SUMMARY
The management of Client accounts and all facets of Client Service and of the delivery of Agency services in an efficient and effective manner,
delivering service to clients, which is profitable to the Agency. To meet key performance goals in respect of client satisfaction, business development and profitability.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To be the day-to-day contact on accounts
Set-up account management systems for each client’s business.
Ensure all jobs are scheduled on time and to budget, and monitor progress.
Brief Production (internal and external).
To ensure that proposals and reporting meets a high and consistent standard that correctly portrays the experience of the activation and summaries its delivery achievement.
To supply the Country Manager with any creative material, proposals and reports for sign off , prior to presenting to client.
Produce accurate Contact Reports, and ensure they are distributed to all concerned and agreed with client. Ensure all action points are followed up.
To ensure written approval of project and its cost is signed by client and submitted to accounts, prior to project beginning.
To ensure client signs off on any creative material prior to going to production.
Produce accurate weekly flash reports of activation to client. Ensure that this is the result of a proper debrief with operations on the previous weeks activities.
Find out and respond to client needs. identify business opportunities for the Agency
Have full understanding of clients’ business, keeping up to date with clients’ marketplace and competitors.
Build and enhance working relationships with clients.
Understand and use relevant marketing tools.
Ability to understand and work within clients’ budget.
Maintain agreed profitability margins.
Ensure all quotations and IN / OUT costs are accurate.
Monitor outgoing costs. Ensure client invoicing is correct and timely.
Ensure work for clients from account teams. Creative, operations, accounts, meets highest levels of quality and timeliness and is within budgetary guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree marketing qualifications, communication and/or business qualification
3 years industry related experience in a client service role at senior level
Proven track record of successful client service.
Excellent presentation and communication skills at a senior level
Tact and negotiation skills
Strategic thinker. Proactive in developing clients’ business
