JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across various digital channels.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct market research and analyze campaign results to optimize marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize company social media accounts.
- Create engaging content (written, visual, and video) for digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative) to align marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Manage and track campaign budgets and ROI.
- Develop A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Provide regular campaign performance reports and insights.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital marketing dashboard.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify and capitalize on new digital marketing opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid social, email, search, etc.).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
- Certification in digital marketing
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in meta business manager, analytics tools, ad words, and other relevant marketing tools.
- Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
