All sealed bids including a bank guarantee shall be submitted to CAMFED office by Wednesday 5th February 2025 between 8.00hrs – 13.00hrs.
Opening of sealed bids shall be on Wednesday 5th February 2025 at 14.30hrs, at a venue to be communicated. This shall be an open bid process successful bidders shall thereafter be contacted by phone and email.
Please deliver in sealed envelopes clearly labelling what you are bidding for at the following address:

All participating bidders must provide copies of the following: –
- Company Licence for 2025
- Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
- Valid trading license for 2025
- Tax-compliant certificate for 2025
- Company profile with at least 2 references of similar supply of items
- Bank details
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
- You are requested to provide particulars as indicated above.
- CAMFED reserves the right to visit and inspect the business premises of all the applicants to verify the information provided.
- All information shall be treated as confidential.
- CAMFED will communicate the outcome of the prequalification exercise to the applicants.
- Delivery period of items should be within 40 working days upon awarding of order to successful supplier and not later than 31st March 2024.
- Payment Terms – 50% payment upon order and 50% payment after successful delivery of consignment.
- CAMFED reserves the right to split quantities based on capacity to deliver, value for money and has the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
