iSON Zambia commenced operations in 2015 and due to expansion we are looking for passionate individuals for the position of Customer Care Executives.
What is required?
- Recently completed a diploma and/or degree.
- Demonstrate excellent customer orientation skills.
- Fluent in any or several of the following languages – English, Bemba, Nyanja, Portuguese, Afrikaans, Setswana, Oshiwambo, Chichewa, Tumbuka
- Be flexible to work any shift (day or night); weekends and/or public holidays.
- Pass a rigorous interview including above average typing speed and computer knowledge scores.
- However it is not a requirement that you should have previous work experience.
