Title: IT Manager Billing and VAS

To effectively and efficiently manage the Billing and Value Added Services (VAS) section of the Information Services Department.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Computer Science Degree /Information Technology or equivalent. Masters Degree Added Advantage

Professional Registration:

  • CSZ or any recognised professional body

Minimum Experience :

  • 4 years working in an IT/Telecoms role preferably Billing, with 2 years in a supervisory role

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of Billing in Telecommunication environment
  • Unix/Linux, AIX OS and windows OS
  • Oracle Database Administration experience 10g
  • Programming skills
