Cash Reconciler # Reporting: Warehouse Accountant
Duties:
- Prepare the cash box for deposits
- Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request additional change
- Match purchase orders with invoices, delivery notes, goods received notes
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments and credit notes on the system
- Verify cash and inventory numbers on the system
- Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts
- Report issues with equipment or the shipment
Qualifications / Skills:
- A minimum of a ZICA technician
- Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales
- Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
- Good math skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Team player
