The Field Agent is expected to go out into the field, establish a relationship with the shop owners and train them on how to use the Jabu App. Record & Report on ALL queries and suggestions the shop owner might have on the Jabu App. Report on ALL problems and successes you have in the field.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Visit a minimum of 20 shops per day
Help download the app on the shop owner’s phone and train them on how to use it
Help the shop owners make orders on a regular basis
Help shop owners solve any issues/queries on the platform
Make sure shop owners are up to date with JABU’s promotions/relevant marketing
Develop a trustworthy relationship with shop owners and keep in touch regularly
Track, record & communicate ALL work results daily to managers
