Personal Assistant

We are looking for the services of a Personal Assistant to the General Manager. The Position is in Solwezi and will require the incumbent to be working from the General Manager’s home, company office and may include travel.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage the General Manager’s  diary by making appointments, scheduling meetings and handling different forms of correspondence

2. Make travel arrangements

3. Co-ordinate and communicate any changes in her scheduling

4. Run personal errands such as school runs, shopping for groceries and delivering parcels

5. Conduct research on topical issues using different forms of social media

6. Must be able to prepare basic office report

ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE

1. Minimum of a Diploma in Social studies/Secretarial/Business Administration

2. Have a minimum of 2 years working experience

3. Must be hardworking, honest and disciplined

4. Ability to work flexible hours is a must

5. Well presented and professionally groomed all the time

6. Have a valid driving license and a minimum of 2 years experience
