  • To keep an update record of in -coming and out-going mails.
  • Maintain a clean and conducive reception area at all times.
  • Direct visitors and clients to the rightful staff.
  • To answer and address and give feedback to all call timely, politely ,efficiently and professionally.
  • To perform all administrative duties as may be assigned.
  • Record correctly all staff and client messages and communicate them efficiently.

Other Attributes / Skills

  • Be creative¬† enough to keep and maintain safe clean reception area.
  • Have a good communication skills , both verbal and written.
  • Should be honest, polite , patient, social and be able to demonstrate sound work ethics.


  • Full grade twelve(12) with at least 5 credits¬† including English and Mathematics
  • Certificate / Diploma in any business course.
  • At least 1 – 2 years of experience.
