*Responsibilities*
– Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
– Conduct Performance management
– Office Administration
– Manage employee relations, including recruitment, training, and development
– Supervise the operations team on day-to day operations of the business and make sure everything runs smoothly.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
– Conduct employee onboarding and exit interviews
– Manage employee data and maintain accurate records
– Provide guidance on HR-related matters to management and employees
*Requirements*
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– At least 2 years of experience in HR management for an institution with over 50 employees.
– Strong knowledge of Zambian labor laws and regulations
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Must be a member of ZIHRM.
