Job Description: Prepare various Foods(sharwarma, local cuisine, grills)) effectively, manage team, oversee operations, demonstrate good customer relations & produce and maintain good sales, inventory and financial records.
The Candidate: Honest, sober, jovial, enthusiastic, optimist, good customer relations, quick thinker ,problem solver.
Education: Grade12 Certificate, Hospitality related certificate.
Experience: Minimum 1year.
Residency: Lusaka(near Kalundu, off great east road is an added advantage)
