Job Description:

The Influencer Marketing & Content Manager will be an individual who is passionate about creating and using content for impactful brand storytelling. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and influencer relationship management. As well as a strong immersion in the culture and local trends in Zambia.  The successful candidate will be comfortable in front of the camera and have a knack for producing viral content as well as a deep understanding of the Zambian market and audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management
Create engaging, shareable content that resonates with our target audience, both in the office and in the field.
Develop and execute a content calendar, ensuring a consistent stream of content across all platforms.
Work closely with the marketing team to align content strategies with business goals.

Influencer Program Management
Develop and manage our influencer engagement strategy, from identifying potential influencers to nurturing ongoing partnerships.
Monitor influencer content to ensure brand consistency and adherence to guidelines.
Organize and host influencer events and campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Viral Content Strategy
Stay abreast of current social media trends, and develop strategies to capitalize on them for maximum viral reach.
Collaborate with influencers to create viral videos and posts that highlight Kazana Express’ value proposition.

Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze the effectiveness of our influencer and content campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future strategy adjustments.
Measure the ROI of influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Proven experience in content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing both video and written content.
  • Previous experience managing influencer partnerships or similar roles.
    Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
  • Strong knowledge of current social media trends and the Zambian digital landscape.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
