The Company invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the positions of REGIONAL MANAGER – EASTERN.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts of our company.
- To remotely supervise a team of salespeople and set profitable goals
- To combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.
- To ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company’s success in the long run.
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Support Agent Managers with day-to-day store operation
- Evaluate individual performances
- Report on regional sales results
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
- Drive initiatives to stem balance sheet leakages, like OOC, client acquisition cost
- Ensure effective execution through the Agent Managers of value adding promotional and sponsorship programs.
- Drive the marketing strategy complimenting all product sales and channel products
- Ensure effective Value management for Products and Channel marketing activities
- Prepare and implement performance agent management contracts and ensure regular performance reviews
- Provide ongoing coaching and development of agent managers and supervisors
- Coach staff on product offerings and sales best practice
- Monitor customer satisfaction as measured through Customer service and complaints deck and action appropriate mitigation action.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Good Sales and Marketing Skills
- Familiarity with PAYG System
- Understanding of Kazang Solar Sales operations
- Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
- Valid Drivers License
QUALIFICATIONS
- Full Grade Twelve Certificate
- Diploma/BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
- At least 2-3 Years of working experience in Sales & Marketing
