  • Handling and resolving customer complaints.
  • Log in all customer queries and escalate them to relevant staff/supervisor and external partners for resolution.
  • Train customers on how to operate a Kazang machine.
  • Educating and training all customers on new products and services on the machine.
  • Make out bound calls to customers.
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints and action taken on each ticket before
    the end each business day.
