1. HR Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Specialist to join our team. In this key role, you will manage employee contracts, ensure compliance with company policies, and foster a positive work environment through effective welfare programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and manage employment contracts for new and existing employees.
- Oversee employee welfare programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee queries related to benefits and contracts.
- Support HR initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Coordinate and manage the employee induction process for new hires.
- Monitor and track employee development and career progression.
- Provide support in performance management and identify training needs.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR, particularly in contract management and employee welfare.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality.
- Knowledge of induction processes and employee development best practices
2. Dispatcher
We are looking for a Dispatcher to join our dynamic Transport Department. As a Dispatcher, you will manage the logistics of our transport operations, ensuring timely and safe delivery of products and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end-to-end management of some transportation routes to ensure adequate transportation capacity and timely delivery route
- Plan and schedule transport routes for timely deliveries.
- provide information resources for main line Tariff analysis form on the 20th day of each month
- Coordinate with drivers and track shipments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Resolve transport-related issues and delays promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries and transportation activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics or dispatching.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to work with drivers and other departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualifications:
- A Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.
- Certification in logistics or transportation management is a plus.
- Good communication Skills
- 1-2 years of work experience
3. Finance Intern
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Finance Intern to join our growing finance team. This internship is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in financial management, accounting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing financial reports and data analysis.
- Help manage accounts payable and receivable.

Qualifications:
