Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify & Secure New Business: Prospect, negotiate, and close contracts with new clients and markets to drive business growth.
• Sales Support: Assist the Sales Manager and Supervisor in implementing strategies, objectives, and targets to enhance sales performance.
• Customer Relationship Management: Actively solicit orders from both new and existing customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Market Development: Expand Keda Zambia Ceramics’ presence in untapped markets, identifying growth opportunities.
• Marketing Alignment: Support both internal and external marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and sales.
• Problem Solving: Address customer issues promptly and resolve work-related challenges efficiently to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Ability to be mobile during working hours.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the building materials or related industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to identify, develop, and manage new markets.
• Problem-solving abilities to handle customer concerns effectively.
• A results-driven approach with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

Education:

A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required.
