Our client, a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, is seeking a creative and highly motivated Integrations Manager to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess partner’s processes and systems to determine integration requirements that support business goals.
  • Create a comprehensive plan that outlines how different systems will be integrated, including timelines, technologies, and resources needed.
  • Oversee the implementation of integration projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet requirements, deadlines, and budget.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams, developers, vendors, and business units, to ensure smooth execution of integration projects.
  • Identify potential risks and obstacles in integration projects and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage the coding, testing, and deployment of integration solutions, ensuring they work as intended.
  • Ensure ongoing monitoring of integrated systems for performance, reliability, and security, adjusting as necessary.
  • Keep all stakeholders informed about project progress, challenges, and outcomes through regular updates and reports.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, systems, and architectures for future reference and compliance purposes.
  • Provide training and support to users on the new or modified systems, ensuring they understand how to use the integrated solutions effectively.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of integrated systems against business objectives and user satisfaction.
  • Look for ways to improve integration processes, enhance system compatibility, and increase automation.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in technology integration to drive innovation within the organisation.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Relevant experience in integration, project management, or related fields.
  • Experience in tax compliance or financial services industry (preferred).
  • Analytical mindset for evaluating system performance.
  • Identification of improvement opportunities
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal skills for building relationships with teams and partners.
  • Understanding of integration principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with database management and SQL.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software systems and architecture.
