- Tertiary Education Qualification – preferably Business Courses.
- Sales and Marketing experience will be an added advantage.

- Strong Negotiating skills.

2. Quantity Surveyor
Our Client who is based in North Western Province seeks to recruit energetic individuals, performance driven, well qualified with a minimum of 3 year in Quantity Surveying
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Tender Management: Manage the tender process, including preparation of tender documents and evaluation of contractor bids.
- Project Cost Control: Monitor project costs to ensure they remain within budget and provide regular financial reports.
- Contract Administration: Manage contracts and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
- Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Measurement and Valuation: Measure and value construction work for interim and final payments.
- Risk Management: Assess and manage financial risks associated with construction projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: A degree/diploma/certificate in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office Suite.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and contract management.
