ZAMBIA : FULL TIME PROJECT EMPLOYMENT (3.5 years)
EGRA Specialist (M&E, Education & Literacy)
Minimum Requirement:
- Preferably based in Lusaka, Zambia
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree in education, economics, development, etc.
- 5 – 8 years’ relevant experience in M&E and Education, EGRA essential !
- Experience with multilingual/bilingual early grade reading development, reading assessments, and the Zambian public education system.
- Zambian languages used in the target schools and be proficient in at least one of the languages.
- Experience with EGRA baseline and midline Assessments.
- Experience working on USAID programs or projects
- Conduct training on M&E and DQAs
