About the Role
We are a fast-growing distribution company specializing in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and goal-driven Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell company products to existing and potential customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Identify new business opportunities and sales leads
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collect market intelligence and competitor information
Submit timely sales reports and updates to the supervisor
Ensure proper branding and visibility of products in the market

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 certificate
Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or any related field
At least 1–2 years’ experience in FMCG sales or a similar role
Valid driver’s license – Class C1 or better (a must)
Good knowledge of Lusaka and surrounding areas
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision

Added Advantage

Experience working with distribution/logistics companies
Familiarity with digital sales tools or inventory systems
