**Position Description**

As a Sales Associate at our new high-end clothing store, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing an exceptional customer experience.

**Responsibilities**

– Be a passionate ambassador for our brand by delivering an outstanding customer experience
– Consistently exceed customer expectations by identifying and offering tailored solutions
– Actively track sales performance against targets
– Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and styles to effectively sell a diverse range of products
– Continuously seek new sales opportunities
– Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always ready for our customers
– Cleanliness: Ensures that the store and goods are clean always.

**Qualifications & Experience**

– Grade 12
– ⁠Certificate in Sales/ Marketing is an added advantage.

– A genuine passion for people and providing exceptional customer service
– Target-driven with a focus on delivering the ultimate customer experience
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently- High level of attention to detail
