Job Title: Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Promote and sell company products and services while building strong customer relationships.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and objections professionally.
Qualifications
- Atleast 2 years experience in sales or customer service
- Full Grade Twelve Certificate.
- Advanced Certificate in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration or any related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and resilience.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literacy is essential, proficiency in Microsoft office package
- Valid driving license is a plus
- Knowledge in Aluminum, Tombstones, Worktops, Board melamine products is added advantage
