Live Well Social Business Limited is a for-profit social enterprise incorporated and registered in Zambia. Strengthened by partner support, Live Well has developed a business model that empowers communities as community health workers; while creating social impact. Its aim is to build self-sustainable operations that will reliably provide access to quality health products, supplement livelihoods and maintain a clear focus on delivering social impact to underserved rural and peri-urban communities. In order to effectively implement projects / programmes, Live well requires external suppliers of goods and services for the years 2025 to 2026. REQUIREMENTS
Interested businesses should send detailed company profiles with the following details:
- Company profile showing the experience of the company in supplying the preferred goods and services
- Copy of Registration Certificate
- Copy of tax registration certificate and tax clearance certificate from the Zambia Revenue Authority and relevant regulatory body certificates.
- Name and traceable physical address of Company
- Name of Directors and contact details for key Directors
- At least proof of two (2) recent trade referees.
- Application and attachments should be in one PDF document.
CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION
