Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards and protocols.
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
Manage housekeeping schedules, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Monitor and enforce safety and hygiene standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma or better in Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
Previous experience in food and beverage roles or event planning is an advantage.
Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is required.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Good communication skills in English.
Proficient in using housekeeping management software and tools.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
