Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Making payments and cash reconciliations.
  • Assist in financial data entry, record-keeping, and reconciliations.
  • Processing payroll for various clients and submission of statutory obligations.
  • Responsible for maintaining petty cash.
  • Assisting in preparing, raising and capturing invoices and receipts for customers.
  • Facilitates preparation of bank reconciliation statements by ensuring that all financial transactions for all bank accounts and mobile transactions are accounted for.

Knowledge and skills

  • Proven experience in an accounting system.
  • Strong in applications and knowledge in excel and word.
  • Proven experience in any payroll system.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and financial regulations.
