The Role of the Administration and Finance Associate

This role is pivotal in maintaining our financial health and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding Management: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and consultants, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to our company.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records and assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with company policies, contributing to the integrity and efficiency of our operations.
  • Budget Management: Prepare project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement strategies for cost-effective operations.
  • Invoice Management: Oversee the issuance and processing of client invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate billing.
  • Statutory Returns: File statutory returns including PAYE, NHIMA, and NAPSA, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Contract Preparation: Draft and prepare contracts for employees and consultants, ensuring legal compliance and clarity of terms.

Desired Requirements

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices and financial reporting
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software.
