Job Title: Technical Coordinator

Department: Operations

Reporting  to: Operations Manager

Job Summary:

As a Technical Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager assisting with various administrative duties and Operational activities. This includes data management, market research, data analysis and report writing of the activities. Handle the technical aspects or monitor technical activities of Macadams Repairs Maintenance and Cleaning Limited .if the equipment need repairs or trouble shooting, you complete the repairs or supervise trouble shooting activities.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for the running of the proper on a day-to-day basis, in line with the company’s standards and oversee teams ensure their roles are accomplished on time.
  • Handling the administration work in an efficient manner and attentiveness to details ,handle complex tasks that require attention to detail
  • Generate report  weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly for head office
  • Verifying that all job cards performed by the technician are kept in track and are adequate to the industry regulations
  • Oversee inspections and troubleshooting of equipment machinery
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as requested by management
  • Maintaining strong relationship with Existing Clients who have signed service level agreements with Macadams Repairs Maintenance and Cleaning Limited
  • Reply to  emails and phone calls regarding customer relationships
  • Carry out tasks entrusted by Director
  • Carry out market research and ensure that the data collected is accurate Inform Accounts/supervisor of overdue accounts and money currently owned
  • Reaching the target and goals set for the Region, maintaining and expanding the customer base
  • Lead and participate in staff inductions and training for the Region.
  • Establish and maintain clear lines of management and effective procedure, and work closely with his/her Team to achieve this.

Job Title:  Bakery Electrical Technician

Responsible to: Operations Manager

Job summary:

The technician is responsible for preventive maintenance, layout installation and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment, Motor rewinding, controls,lighting,power and sub stations systems .He will be required to diagnose machines controls, and circuitry, replace failed components, perform root-cause analysis on failures, help develop counter measures and preventive maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze   problems and evaluate technical information necessary to make required repairs (troubleshooting equipment issues) and maintain
  • Effective support of preventive maintenance schedule
  • Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and repairs to production and facilities equipment
  • Inspect, operate and test machinery or equipment in order to diagnose and repair malfunctions
  • Complete all assigned work orders in a timely manner maintaining complete records of activities performed, spares used and the status of the work assigned
  • Identify required parts to maintain current inventories for repairs
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities
  • Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices
  • Repair or replace electric motors, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools
  • Follow local building regulations
  • Adhere to the Safety guidelines
