Malinzi Credit
- Responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring all credit assessment documents are submitted and reviewed
- Rejecting loan applicants with poor assessment results
- Keeping records of all clients in Malinzi database
- Ensure all pledged collateral is delivered to Malinzi
- Remain up to date with client communication
- Supports Malinzi marketing efforts by sharing information on various social media platforms
- Meets quarterly income targets by disbursing new loans
- Follows up on outstanding loans to ensure recovery from all clients
- Drafts demand letters to loan defaulters
- Monitors market trends within the private credit market
- Ensures that quarterly income targets are met
- Report to Management on weekly sales, costs and profits generated;
Updates loan records as required.
a) Professional Qualification:
Grade 12 certificate
Postgraduate or professional qualification
b) Minimum Relevant Pre-Job Experience:
1 year’s experience in a similar position

- Computer skills (Microsoft)

- Understanding and experience in simple performance calculations and reporting
