Zambia National Building Society seeks to recruit qualified, skilled, motivated and energetic individuals to fill the positions of Manager Operational Risk and Fraud under Risk Directorate and Manager Compliance under Legal Directorate to be based at Head Office.

Manager Compliance ZNBS 5; Head Office, Lusaka

Job Purpose:

The Manager Compliance will be responsible for co-ordinating the identification and management of the compliance function. The job holder will ensure that the Society is compliant at all times with all laws and regulations governing the institution and all internal compliance policies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Full Grade 12 School Certificate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Banking, Finance, Economics or equivalent Business qualification.
  • 3 years’ experience in a Legal, Compliance or Risk Team.
