Position Overview:
We are looking for a Dairy Production Management Lecturer to deliver high-quality education in dairy herd management, nutrition, breeding, and sustainable practices. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the academic and practical understanding of dairy production.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in dairy production management and related areas.
Mentor and advise students on academic and career development.
Conduct research focused on dairy production, including nutrition, breeding, and animal welfare.
Collaborate with industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance and practical applications.
Participate in departmental committees, outreach initiatives, and community engagement.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Agricultural Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
Strong background in dairy production management, including expertise in herd management, nutrition, and health.
Previous teaching experience at the university level is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
