PARTS SALES EXECUTIVE
Tsapo Industries Zambia is a fast-growing organization in the Motor industry of Zambia and is seeking to employ the services of Parts Sales Executive.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Market and Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects/customers
- Undertake new business development initiatives.
- Recommend solutions to customers and prospects (Customer Relationship Management).
- Ensure continuous customer liaison (Key Account Management).
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance from throughout the sales process and after sales
- Researches the market and recommends new opportunities (Gathering Marketing Intelligence).
- Identifies market trends/developments, and conveys the information to senior managers.
- Compiling weekly reports. Attain Full product knowledge by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.
- Qualify prospective buyers by understanding their requirements, interests and matching these interests to various products.
Requirements
- Diploma in Warehouse or its equivalent.
- Degree in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3 years experience in motor industry
- Must have a valid drivers License and able to driver manual transmission vehicle
