CLEANING, PEST CONTROL, SANITARY AND LANDSCAPING SERVICES

The main duties of the successful candidate will include but not limited to:
1. Posting job advertisements and managing job applications.
2. Scheduling interviews
3. Assisting in onboarding new employees (e.g., preparing offer letters, contracts, and orientation materials).
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases.
5. Managing Staff documentation, such as employment contracts, performance reviews, and training certificates.
6. Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
7. Assisting in payroll preparation (e.g., tracking attendance and leave records).
8. Providing support with employee benefits and resolving related queries.
9. Acting as a point of contact for staff inquiries and concerns.
10. Assisting in conflict resolution or disciplinary processes, if required.
11. Coordinating employee training sessions and workshops.
12. Keeping track of employee training programs and updating training logs.
13. Assisting in implementing and enforcing HR policies.
14. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
15. Assisting with the performance appraisal process (e.g., distributing review forms).
16. Helping managers track and document employee performance.
17. Preparing HR reports and presentations.
18. Organizing and scheduling HR-related meetings and events.
19. Supporting other HR functions or projects as needed, such as employee engagement initiatives or diversity programs.
The successful will be required to have the following qualifications:
1. Must have a Grade 12 Certificate (including Mathematics and English)
2. Certificate in Human Resources or any Business related qualification At least 2 years’ of proven experience practicing HR and must be a member of ZIRHM
