A Local Construction and Transportation Company

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain the sales and purchases daybooks daily
  • Maintain Cash Book daily
  • Maintain the fuel account daily
  • Maintain a daily record of labour force on all sites
  • Prepare and administer the monthly payroll
  • Maintain a record of employee leave days
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
  • Prepare quarterly Income statements
  • Maintain and update a record of receivable and payable on a daily basis
  • Maintain and update all accounts in Sage Accounting System and file all corresponding primary documentation
  • Prepare and File Tax Returns
  • Prepare monthly supporting documentation for material balance sheet items


  • ACCA or degree in Financial Accounting
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role
