JOB PURPOSE
Support the MIS Team Lead in providing sales analysis reports to Distribution Manager and S & D Director
REPORTING TO THE MIS TEAM LEAD, THE MAIN DUTIES ARE:
Performance Management and key deliverables;
- Generate and submit MIS inputs for All Zones, as assigned, within required frequency
- Provide timely and effective cross functional support required by Zonal teams as coordinated by the MIS team Lead
- Resolve issues faced by sales staff and distributors, as delegated by the Supervisors franchise partners in a timely manner
- Ensure primary inputs for targets are set correctly and on time for all zones and communicated to all stakeholders by their respective Deadline
- Track trade related activities for achievement of targets
- Accurate Tracking of Target Achievement
- Ensure all partner contracts are up to date and stored correctly
- Secure and store correctly approvals for incentives/special programs
Reporting;
- Liaise with MIS Lead and Zonal Sales staff to update information for timely and correct reports
- Monitor execution progress against plans for any zonal initiative, as delegated
- Circulate Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports as guided by Superiors to zones and senior management i.e. USO, UAO, KYC, GA, SOGA trade activity reports like chabeba, in a timely manner
- Ensure inputs for correctly and timely payments of all channel partners are generated and are circulated for payment in line with SLA
- Ensure all inputs required and analysis, for month-end reporting are generated in order to assist with timely dissemination to EC, Group and other designated recipients
- Assist in maintaining correct and updated database for all zones
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & FUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or equivalent training in Business/Sales Management
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2 proven successful years of sales with a combination of direct and indirect sales
OTHER REQUIREMENTS (BEHAVIOURAL):

- Good planning and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Sets high personal standards and is goal oriented
- Good communications skills, both orally and in writing
