Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in any related field.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to assist customers and resolve concerns.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles preferred
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, with a positive attitude
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.


  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Taking appropriate action to resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders and exchanges efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, updating customer profiles and CRM databases as needed.
  • Process customer feedback and communicate suggestions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
