Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any related field.

- Previous experience in customer service roles preferred

- Basic computer proficiency
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Taking appropriate action to resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
- Process orders and exchanges efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, updating customer profiles and CRM databases as needed.
- Process customer feedback and communicate suggestions to relevant stakeholders.
- Stay informed about company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
