MTN ZAMBIA
We are looking for self-driven and hardworking individuals in Copperbelt and Lusaka who can fulfill the duties of Corporate Sales Agent.
The key responsibilities for this role include but not limited to the following:
- High end user acquisition on MTN Mobile Money (MoMo);
- Interact with high end MoMo customers and provide support for their usage of their MoMo;
- Conduct MoMo customer clinics on location;
- Ensure 100% execution of activations/ promotions according to assigned briefs;
- Plan daily and weekly activations;
- Perform any other duties as maybe assigned by MTN.
Candidate Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate with 5 credit or better of which English and Mathematics are a must;
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or relevant business course/ training;
- Ability to work in a team;
- One year relevant work experience;
- Experience in telecommunication and finance industry is an added advantage.
