Job Title: Logistics Controller
Mission:
To assist the Operations Manager in managing all Gross additions, Device management, Trade support, customer acquisition and general operations.
- Assist in developing and managing MTN Sales Back Office operations, processes and procedures to ensure adherence to all regulatory and license requirements;
- Assist in developing and managing MTN SIM registration product training strategy;
- Assist in managing contracts for MPOS devices and issuances;
- Assist in managing commission payments for SIM registrations;
- Assist in managing the Back Office including GA reporting, Sim swap;
- Work closely and maintain close relationships with internal/external clients to handle adhoc tasks when necessary;
- Responsible for forecasting MPOS device demand and productivity reporting;
- Monitor, coordinate and improve efficiency of support services with IT, such as URS, UAT and device testing;
- Back office operational control and customer support including but not restricted to agent queries;
- Performs all administrator role functions (as per standard functionality and authorization levels;
- Run MIS reports and produce statistics e.g. trend analysis graphs e.g. number of active agents/subscriber trends;
- Act as a support link to Compliance and Finance on ensuring that KYC requirements are adhered to within the MTN Distribution Channel;
- Complete and return daily/weekly/monthly operational reports;
- Carries out any related duties that will enhance the mission of the job.
Candidate Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate with 5 credits or better of which English and Mathematics are a must;
- Business/Marketing or equivalent professional Degree;
- 2 years’ experience in sales operation management or customer care environment;
- Good understanding of customer acquisitions management process;
- Customer handling skills;
- Good understanding of Telecommunications;
- Management skills;
- Priority setting skills- able to manage time, tasks, tools and outputs in order to meet pre-determined deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to work cross-functionally.
