JOB OPPORTUNITY

ACADEMIC STAFF – 2021 ACADEMIC YEAR

Rephidim Institute has existed for the past 30 years offering high quality Education for both Primary and Secondary Education.  Its operations have diversified in various fields covering Real Estate Operations and Agriculture.  In its quest to maintain its Christian values and provide high quality products to its clients in diversity, we wish to recruit high profile staff of dynamic characters and backgrounds.  Therefore, the following positions are on offer for the 2021 Academic year.

ADMINISTRATION

1) Head Teacher

• A dynamic character with proven History of success
• Male or Female
• A practicing Christian of Advent Faith
• A degree holder with successful academic back ground at senior level.
• Must possess ability to organize, motivate and drive subordinates to higher achievement.

2) SUBJECT TEACHERS:

Secondary Section – Subject Teachers with the following combinations:

• English Language, Literature/History/Civic Education
• Computer Studies/Mathematics
• Biology/Chemistry/Science
• Physics/Mathematics
• Agriculture Science
• French/English
• Design & Technology

Must be Degree holders (Minimum B.A.ED/Bachelor of Science with Education)

3) Primary Section

Early Childhood Teachers

Primary Teachers

• Must be Diploma holders (Minimum).

Requirements

• Graduates from reputable Universities
• Aged 30 and above
• Minimum 3 years field experience with traceable work history.
• Must be in regular standing in doctrine as practiced by Seventh-Day Adventists.
• All applicants must demonstrate high quality performance with rich history of teaching.
• Must be registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia

Recent graduants without experience SHOULD NOT apply.

This is a Christian Institution, therefore only candidates that match moral standards need to apply.

4) AGRICULTURE SECTION

1. a)  Section Manager – Dairy
2. b)  Section Manager – Poultry

Requirements

• Must be Diploma holders (Minimum)
• Graduates from reputable Agriculture Colleges
• Aged 30 and above
• Minimum 3 years field experience with traceable work history.
• Must be in regular standing in doctrine as practiced by Seventh-Day Adventists.
