Mwaneli Investments Limited is a Zambian registered company with the National Council for Construction (NCC) and the Engineering Institute of Zambia(EIZ).
We now seek the services of a Site Agent to supervise our recently engaged project.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Diploma holder in either Civil Engineering or Building Science/Quantity Surveyor
- Member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia holder of ERB 2020 Certificate
- Must have 5 years work experience in Construction works and 3 years supervising and working on Building Projects
- The role involves supervision and overseeing direction of project by reviewing progress and liasing with the Project Manager to monitor costs
- Ensuring that the clients specifications and requirements are meet
- Check and prepare reports
- Maintain quality control
