As a Sales Executive specializing in solar products, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our range of solar energy solutions. Your primary goal will be to identify potential customers, understand their energy needs, and provide suitable solar solutions to meet those needs. You will work closely with residential, commercial, and industrial clients to help them transition to renewable energy sources. This role demands a strong understanding of solar energy products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close sales effectively.


Identify and target potential customers for solar products, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
Present, promote, and sell solar products and solutions to prospective customers through various channels (e.g., in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, presentations).
Provide detailed information and technical specifications of solar products to clients.
Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to explain the benefits of solar energy.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper installation and post-sales support.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.


Proven experience as a sales executive, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
Strong understanding of solar energy products, systems, and technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
