We are looking for a Broiler and Utility Operator to manage and oversee broiler operations and utility systems within our facility. The successful candidate will have experience in operating broiler systems and utility equipment, ensuring efficient and safe production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor broiler systems to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
Manage utility systems, including water, steam, and air compressors, to support production needs.
Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of operations and report any issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Experience in broiler and utility operations, preferably in a food production environment. Having boiler certificate is must.
Knowledge of broiler systems, utility equipment, and basic maintenance procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
