We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Country Contracts Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of over 600 contracts nationwide, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all contract-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management: Oversee a portfolio of more than 600 contracts nationwide. Coordinate change orders and conduct thorough contract reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts, including financial, operational, legal, and reputational risks, to protect the organization’s interests.
Reporting and Documentation: Generate reports, documentation, and other relevant materials to track contract performance, compliance, and outcomes. Provide regular updates to senior management or stakeholders as required.
Coordination and Review: Collaborate with Regional Contracts Administration Personnel to maintain up-to-date records of new, current, and terminated contracts, ensuring all contract details are accurately documented and accessible.
Negotiation and Representation: Serve as the company’s representative in contractual discussions, demonstrating excellent negotiation skills to uphold the organization’s interests and foster mutually beneficial agreements.
Costing and Quotation: Prepare comprehensive contract costings and tailored quotations to meet client specifications, optimizing value proposition and competitiveness.
Billing and Invoicing: Work closely with the accounts department in preparing accurate monthly billing sheets for over 600 contracts, including one-off projects, and ensure invoices are processed efficiently to maintain timely cash flow and financial integrity.
Training and Capacity Building: Provide training and guidance to staff members involved in contract management activities, as well as build organizational capacity in contract management practices and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Proven experience in contract management, preferably in a similar role.
Strong understanding of contract law and risk management principles.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
