The position of a Graphic Designer is a role within the NetOne Group assuming responsibilities in NetOne Payment Systems Ltd T/A Swish Pay. The primary objectives of the position shall be to create a variety of marketing collateral including moving and still illustrations. The role will also be responsible to manage social media campaigns and coordinate other marketing initiatives. The position requires an individual who is creative and has an eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate target audience
- Design content as both still imagery and animations for various concepts approved
- Create content in the various digital and social media platforms
- Manage Social media pages across multiple platforms
- Develop budgets together with relevant teams in achieving desired results
- Develop innovative ideas to strengthen brand visibility
- Work with various external vendors including print media in coordinating various marketing activities
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven graphic designing experience
- Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- An understanding of the latest trends and their commercial impact
- Professional approach to time management and budgeting of marketing activities
