Sales Manager needed for a fast paced, competitive environment in the Agriculture Sector.
The ideal candidate will be have the following skill set:
- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and the corresponding database
- Drive their team to achieve targets
- Keen organisation skills to lead a large team with various different key performance areas.
- Ability to provide technical advice to customers
- Source new customers by understanding the product and market, cold calling and perseverance
- Evidence of the above CRM development and success in driving and achieving targets
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Agriculture
- Valid driving license
- Grade 12 certificate
- Additional certification in relevant field is preferred
